The goal is simple: roast coffee that tastes clean, sweet, and intentional—then ship it fast. Here’s the workflow we follow so every bag stays traceable and consistent.

THE PIPELINE

Selection & Intake

Step 01

We choose coffees that hold up in clarity and sweetness. Intake notes capture origin, processing, and roast intent.

Roast & Log

Step 02

Each roast is monitored and logged. Roast date and batch codes are created so we can trace any bag back to its roast.

Rest, Pack, Label

Step 03

After resting, coffee is packed and labeled. Serial-ready IDs make it retail-friendly as you scale into SKUs and stores.

Fulfillment

Step 04

Orders get staged, verified, and shipped. The goal is minimal time between roast and your cup.
