Rest, Pack, Label
Step 03After resting, coffee is packed and labeled. Serial-ready IDs make it retail-friendly as you scale into SKUs and stores.
Fulfillment
Step 04Orders get staged, verified, and shipped. The goal is minimal time between roast and your cup.
Traceability
